The new 5.4 32 valve engines are a powerhouse, and we are developing a currently experimental overbore package to extend their size to 5.7L. By using our fusion bond liner procedure, we are able to maintain an acceptable cylinder wall thickness for strength and increase the bore size to 3.632". The resulting 345 cubic inch engine should be powerful. What we don't know yet is how well the bottom end will stand up tp these modifications. We have been involved in the development process of the engines with Ford and are aware of their strengths and weaknesses.  A majority of our components that have been developed for the 4.6 engines are also used on the 5.4 and 5.7.   We are currently offering Level II and Level III 5.7's, however it has not proven itself in competition as the 4.6 has. We feel that the 5.4 and 5.7 have a ways to go before it will replace the 4.6 as the better engine. 
Nevertheless, they do have the stroke to make lots of torque and is a formidable street engine. It should be very strong in the comming years.
