Sponsorship Levels and Benefits
Both National and Regional sponsors are
invited to participate in the festival and benefit from
the unique opportunities generated through media exposure
and marketing associations built from the festival. Sponsorships
in a wide range of values are available.
Attendance: projected 10,000-6,000
from culturally and technologically aware demographic of
San Francisco Bay Area. Based on previous events at this
venue along with targeted media and PR efforts.
Festival Program: 50,000 copies; color 8.5"x11",
16-24 pages. This program booklet will have 6-8 pages of
keepsake-quality information and pictures about Wind
lore and technology along with profiles on featured participants.
To be distributed to attendees and with select media participation.

Presenter
Level-$25,000+

Sponsors at the Presenter level will
be named in press releases.

Sponsors
will receive a full page 4-color ad in the festival program

Sponsors will be listed on main signage
at the event as Presenters and in advertising for the
festival, both in print and on posters.

Presenter
level Sponsors will also be entitled to a premium promotional
booth at the festival, with additional space for custom
demonstration if desired.

Accommodations will be
provided in Bodega Bay for Saturday and Sunday night during
the festival weekend for two corporate representatives.

Sponsors will be listed
on the festival website, with a link to Sponsor's website.

Sponsors will be invited
to speak at the event at the opening night Sponsor dinner,
and during the festival have a scheduled presentation
for the public, featured on the program.

Eight corporate guests will be invited
to the Sponsors dinner on opening night.

Event T-shirts will be provided for
up to 10 corporate staff members.

Sponsors at the Premium level will be named
in press releases.

Sponsors will receive a 2/3 page, 4-color
ad in the festival program.

Premium level Sponsors will be entitled
to a promotional booth at the festival.
